This course focuses on applying emotional intelligence for the role of a project manager; selecting a project; selecting a team; documentation and tracking of a project using Project Manager Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) Theory.

VIII. Methods of Evaluating Objectives

A.One midterm examination – multiple choice questions to evaluate students’ understanding of concepts discussed inn class and from homework assignments. To be evaluated on correctness.
B.Final project requiring students to applying topics covered in the lectures, reading, and assignments. To be evaluated based appropriate application of techniques discussed in model cases.
C.In-class exercises, group exercises, and/or online exercises demonstrating ability to apply emotional intelligence principles to project management. To be evaluated based appropriate application of techniques discussed in model cases.
